Alison Thain OBE

Alison’s role on the Board of One North East is as Chair of its Regeneration Committee, as well as being the Agency’s Design Champion. 

In April 2008 Alison became the Group Chief Executive of Fabrick Housing Group, a strategic partnership of TVHG (of which Alison was CEO) and Erimus Housing.  With a turnover in excess of £50m, 700 staff and a capital spending programme of £100m p.a., Fabrick is now one of the top companies in the Tees Valley.

She is also a Governor of the University of Teesside and was awarded the OBE in The Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2004.
