Durham Tees Valley Airport
Tees Valley Regeneration is supporting the development of a 200-acre site next to the fast developing airport for a business and distribution park aimed primarily at business linked to the airport together with hotel and leisure uses.
The airport owner, Peel Holdings, is committed to investing in the airport and has proposals for a new terminal building to increase capacity to 3 million passengers.
