Visiting Recife with an optional visit to Rio de Janeiro or Porte Alegre
Brazil is home to some of the major players of the Oil, Gas, Process and Shipbuilding sectors. NOF Energy, NEPIC and UK Trade & Investment are leading a joint market visit to Brazil with a programme of pre-arranged appointments that will assist you to meet new partners and find out about potential business opportunities.
The programme is still to be confirmed but will include a meeting with SUAPE (in Recife), an international supply chain hub and Port in the North East of Brazil for goods and services in the Oil, Gas and process sectors of the supply chain, including shipbuilding.

The Pernambuco state is developing its considerable indigenous industrial base to attract as much of the Petrobras investments as possible to the region.
Recognising the sector strengths which have developed from the North Sea experience and process clustering, the authorities are looking specifically to UK companies for goods, services, consultancy and technology transfer in the Oil, Gasand Process sectors. This brings opportunities for partnering with local companies which can be of tremendous assistance in developing an entry strategy for the Brazilian market
