 Background:

Andrew Reid is based at DWL’s Aberdeen office after previously being with Ernst & Young.  Andrew engaged as an M&A advisor exclusively focused on the energy industry managing a series of buyside and sellside mandates, in addition to valuations, strategic reviews, and corporate development projects. 

 Andrew also has extensive experience as an energy analyst including market modelling, forecasting, and due-diligence studies and was also a sellside equity analyst responsible for European oil service coverage with investment bankers Simmons & Company.

 Previously Andrew held a commercial role within a major oil service business.
