Carole Ann Field

Carole Ann Field, Beadnell, Northumberland, moved to her husband’s native Northumberland in the late eighties and started up her own tourism business - a private guesthouse, with an award winning reputation. 

She was a founder of the North Northumberland Marketing Partnership 2000, and an elected representative for North Northumberland on the Northumbria Tourist Board’s Executive, as well as a judge of the Pride of Northumbria Awards. 

She has also been awarded an MBE for services to tourism in her area.
