One NorthEast will develop a strategic approach to single programme investment in business incubator and work space investment, identifying gaps and engaging with the private sector to address them.
The Quality of Place Programme seeks to improve regeneration delivery and quality and it will achieve this by ensuring that investment is guided by the principles established in the Physical Regeneration Investment Framework.
