Project Management and Monitoring
Meeting to start your project
Once you receive the Funding Allocation Letter and have accepted our offer we will meet with you to explain the terms and conditions. We will also agree an initial schedule of ongoing informal contact with you. We will meet you within 2 weeks of your projects start date.
Monitoring visits
Your Deliverer will visit you to monitor the project at the intervals we agreed. We will decide the frequency according to the risks associated with your project. If the risk profile of your project changes your meeting schedule may be changed. You will be contacted and given at least one week’s notice of any change to your schedule.
Verification Visits
Certain projects will be subject to formal verification visits, undertaken by an independent organisation. Should your project be selected for a verification visit, you will be informed and given at least one weeks notice.
Ongoing contact
We will keep in contact with you between visits, with a telephone call every six to eight weeks. We hope this will help us to develop a good working relationship and also ensure that any issues are identified at an early stage. We can then support you to resolve them.
Clawback
You need to be aware that payment is in arrears, so failure to comply with the conditions that are set out in your offer letter will result in us claiming money back or closure of the project.
Complaints
If you have any complaints about our project handling or contact with you, please contact: Naomi Charlton, Head of Organisational Performance, on 0191 229 6803 or email naomi.charlton@onenortheast.co.uk.
