Business Link North East – Security Services
The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive, effective, efficient and economic service for the supply of security staff requirements within the scope of the contract. This will include recruiting and selecting staff within current UK Legislation, and in strict compliance with vetting and referencing procedures such Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures. The contractor will also be required to ensure all staff, supplied to BLNE through the contract, holds appropriate SIA licenses.

Business Link North East - Events Website and Management System
Business Link North East (BLNE) is an independent, private-sector led business support organisation serving the North East of England. Our role is to transform the economy of the North East by enabling more North East businesses to start, succeed and grow. BLNE are looking to put in place an events website and management system due to the increasing number and size of events now being coordinated. The successful contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive events website that is built around an events management system that will hold all the events data in a central database. The solution proposed should also be able to integrate with existing BLNE systems. The contractor will need to liaise closely with the events team in developing the site as well as the Marketing Team to ensure they stay compliant with our branding guidelines. The contractor will also be required to deliver training on the systems, and be available to provide ongoing support as required. •Business Link North East (BLNE) is an independent, private-sector led business support organisation serving the North East of England. Our role is to transform the economy of the North East by enabling more North East businesses to start, succeed and grow. Due to a current contract coming to an end, BLNE is now tendering to appoint a single Supplier to support and manage its ICT systems and networks, including all hardware, operating systems and desktop application software. The successful Supplier will provide helpdesk and end-user support services for all BLNE systems and helpdesk liaison support for applications supported by third parties.This is a restricted Tender process as defined by the EU Procurement Directives and will consist of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for short listed candidates.
