Annual Review Meeting 2007

The Agency held its third Annual Review Meeting at Ramside Hall on Wednesday 10th October 2007.

200 key stakeholders from across the region came along to hear from our Chairman Margaret Fay, Chief Executive Alan Clarke and Professor John Burn, Medical Director and Head of Institute of Human Genetics at Newcastle University.

Margaret Fay opened the event and covered what the Agency delivered over 2006-7.

Alan Clarke then covered the main messages of the Government's Sub National Review and Comprehensive Spending Review. 

Professor John Burn gave a humourous and thought provoking insight into his expertise and work in genetics.

The event was a major success, giving our stakeholders a good insight into what we have been doing recently and allowing us to convey our ambitions for the region.
