All our offices have lifts and accessible toilets. Riverside House also has a limited number of disabled parking bays close to the building, which can be used on a first come first served basis. All external meeting rooms are accessible for disabled people. If you're coming to one of our offices and have any accessibility requirements please do tell us; we'll do our best to accommodate them.
How to find us - Public Transport
From Monday 29th March 2010, the X23 and X25 services will be withdrawn.
The current Stagecoach service 22 will be diverted to run into Newburn Riverside, replicating the existing loop around Goldcrest Way and Kingfisher Boulevard. This service will run Monday to Friday between approx 7am and 7pm, and all services between these times will run into Newburn Riverside, every 10 minutes, in each direction. The journey time from Central Station to Stella House is anticipated to take 15 minutes.
There will be no replacement for the direct link to Metrocentre. However, Stagecoach services 6 and 7 currently run along Scotswood Road to the Metrocentre from approx 8am onwards.
Due to Stagecoach running 'full size' buses on the 22 route, it will no longer be possible for the service to drop-off outside the front doors of Stella House - the service will respect the 'normal' bus stops provided along Goldcrest Way.

How to find us - By Car
From the North
Follow the A1 from Morpeth until you reach the turnoff signposted City Centre A695, Blaydon, Newburn A6085. At the bottom of the hill turn right, following sign to Newburn, Newburn Riverside A6085’. B&Q is on your right. Newburn Riverside is a short distance ahead on your left (after passing under the A1 Bridge).
From the West
Follow the A69 until you reach the A1 roundabout. Turn right following signposts to The South A1(M), Gateshead, City Centre (A695). Then follow instructions from the North.
From the South
Follow the A1 past the Metrocentre on your right. When IKEA is on your right there are two junctions on your left in quick succession. Take the second (signposted Consett A694, Newcastle, Blaydon (A695). This road takes you under the A1. At the next roundabout bear left (signposted Newcastle, Blaydon (A695). At the next roundabout go straight on (signposted ‘Blaydon, Newcastle). Keep in the left lane for the Scotswood Bridge, Newcastle A695). Go over the bridge and bear left sign posted Morpeth A1. At roundabout bear left signposted Newburn Riverside A6085). The road goes past B&Q on your right then under the A1. Newburn Riverside is on your left.
From the East
Head for the A1 then follow instructions from the North or South. If driving from the City Centre follow Scotswood Road (A695). When it becomes a dual carriage way follow signs to ‘Blaydon, Newburn A6085’’ The road goes past B&Q on your right, go under the A1 and Newburn Riverside is on your left.
From all directions Turn left into Newburn Riverside, cross the bridge, turn left at first roundabout and follow the road around, Riverside House is on the right hand side. Stella House, One North East's Head Office, is located opposite Riverside House and you may park your car here and walk across to Riverside House.
