The North East Regional Portal 2001 Ltd (TNERP) is a Company Limited by Guarantee with One North East, the Regional Development Agency for the North East of England, as its sole member. It operates as n-e-life.com [new window] - the North East regional portal – the first of its kind in the UK.
Its chief aim is to provide an interactive, supportive online arena for the people and the businesses in the North East. n-e-life.com comprises three interactive channels:
- For Business [new window] is for the businesses in the region. Here you’ll find a host of topics including property, funding, support and advice.
- For You [new window] is for the people of the region. This is the place where you can find out about events, shopping, jobs, and competitions.
- For Visitors [new window] is for anyone interested in the region whether they plan to visit or move to the North East, already live here, or are ex-pats.
All three sections include informative and inspiring content designed to enrich the lives of businesses, communities and individuals. Contributors and organisations around the region provided much of the content, ensuring n-e-life.com is a true reflection of the North East.
